In Double A.P.S, the Air Purification system will produce more safety and cleaner air by the special design to release and utilize the Natural Electric Charge, which can be on the purification process on a 24-hour basis, by catching the molecules of dust, bacteria and micro viruses sized as small as 0.01 micron (1,000 time smaller than normal hair).

Impure air to be filtered firstly by the Pre
Filterring Screen

 Stage 2:
As for floating microscopic dust particles which cannot be seen and filtered by Pre Filterring Screen, will be charged by the negative electrical charge in this stage.

 Stage 3:
All the microscopic dust particles,which have been charged by the negative electrical charge will be inducted onto the positive charge plate and only clean air is remain leaving.

 Stage 4:
Clean air,which is left by Stage 3,will then be passed through the odor removing process, which will remove all unpleasant odor from the purified air.This process is called the HIGH EFF. CARBON system, and only safe, clean, odorless and purified fresh air is left.

 Stage 5:
The clean purified air will then pass through the cooling system, which will cool the air to a require temperature level.

Generally, "Carbon Filters" are accepted by all industries as the best and most efficient odor removing up to the presently, but its only handicap is that Carbon Filters have a very short life span, because the Carbon Filter will immediately cease to be effective when it had absorbed odor and scent to its full absorption capacity. Normally, Carbon Filters can only be used for 6 - 12 months only.

High Efficiency Odor Removing System of Double A.P.S is the development of the "Actived Carbon Filter" which can be disassembled, washed and dried in the sun. The sun's rays will naturally eliminate the molecules of unpleasant odor and other impure particles to clear the Actived Carbon Filter's entire area. After cleaning and drying, the Actived Carbon Filter can be returned to its assemblage to work as efficiently as new. Apart from this, the Actived Carbon Filter can be removed and cleaned many times in order to regain its "high efficiency" for many years.

High Efficiency Odor Removing System of Double A.P.

1. Disassemble the Filter Frame and wash with soap and water or dish washing liquid.
2. Clean Filter Frame with clean water to wash off soap bubbles and stains.
3. Dry the Filter Frame in the sun for 6-8 hours.
4. Reassemble the Filter Frame when dried.

Test on absorption of odor and dangerous gas

The absorption test has been conducted in an enclosed area of 1 cu.m that the concentration of all 3 dangerous gas was reduced by 80% within 3 - 4 minutes, and almost completely eliminated within 15 minutes.
